About the Role
A general laborer may perform a series of varying or repetitive manual labor tasks in factories, warehouses. This role may include tasks such as loading, unloading and moving materials, operating machinery, performing basic maintenance, cleaning job sites, and assisting skilled tradespeople. This position requires physical dexterity, continuous physical activity, and the ability to safely work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Able to perform physical labor for extended periods of timeÂ
Physical dexterity and good hand eye coordinationÂ
Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 poundsÂ
Ability to follow safety guidelines and regulations
Complete required documentation for safety checks, quality processes, and productivity
Ability to work in a fast paced environmentÂ
Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as part of a team
Pack finished product into boxes, totes, and sacks and verify adherence to quality and labeling standards;
Solid communication skills and inventory skills
Able to pass drug test/background check
